You may feel completely exhausted, but mild exercise will actually help your condition. Even if you don’t feel like it, exercise anyway. You will get the energy back. Once you start, you will feel better. Go for a walk, ride a bike, or swim. It will actually energize your system in the long run. Even though you may feel tired or unable to sleep, exercise helps fibromyalgia.
